The resort is conveniently located in a serene, picturesque environment, providing a pleasant ambiance to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. the hot springs are well-equipped, with several pools to soak in, creating a nice experience. the rooms were comfortable, with quality service, and satisfying breakfast options.
The limited language skills of some staff members could make communication difficult.

Best aspects of my Christmas stay: the surroundings were very tranquil and secluded, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. the dinner included in the package was a pleasant surprise, as it exceeded my expectations. breakfast offered a variety of choices and was well worth the price. the location, although remote, is perfect for those seeking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Worst aspects of my Christmas stay: Unfortunately, the water park or spa was a let-down. the pools were closed or too cold, and the slides were suitable only for younger children.

The natural scenery around the hotel is breath-taking. It's great to take a stroll from the rooms to the resort, and the whole journey is quite an experience. We particularly enjoyed the hot springs offered. They were soothing and made us relax. The dishes served during dinner were tasty, and there was a great variety of choices offered for breakfast.
The resort was pretty isolated, so we had to take our car there. There wasn't much to do after exploring the surroundings, and it was a little disappointing that the water park or spa wasn't as great as expected. Some of the pools were closed, and the water park seemed smaller than it seemed in the photos.
